In this webinar we examined the progress of the Pacific Alliance, a mechanism that this year marks 15 years of history, and the challenges it faces in consolidating itself as a space for regional integration. We addressed the value of regional integration and the Alliance's contribution to Chile, the country's priority areas within the bloc, and the lessons learned over these years of joint work. We also analyzed the private sector's agenda, the advances in trade liberalization, and the expansion of the mechanism's scope beyond economic and commercial matters, along with the priorities of Mexico's Pro Tempore Presidency.
The speakers were Cristóbal Ramírez Salgado, Head of the Pacific Alliance Department at SUBREI; Gerardo Serrano, Deputy National Coordinator of Mexico for the Pacific Alliance; and Diego Torres, Director of International Affairs at SOFOFA.
