In this webinar, we analyzed the potential of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) as a gateway for Chilean exports to that region, its growing strategic value for Chile's trade policy in the Asia-Pacific, ongoing negotiations, and the certifications required for trade, with a special focus on the opportunities and challenges for Chile in this dynamic market.

The panelists for this event were Pablo Urria, head of the Asia and Oceania Division at the Undersecretariat for International Economic Affairs of Chile (SUBREI); Andrés Bórquez, coordinator of the Master's Degree in Asian Studies at the Institute of International Studies (IEI) of the University of Chile; and Marcelo Hidalgo, general manager of the Halal Certification Center of Chile (CHILEHALAL).
