In this seminar with Jorge Heine, former Chilean Ambassador to China and co-author of the recently launched book "The Non-Aligned World, Striking Out in an Era of Great Power Competition", we addressed the China-US rivalry which provides the elements to lay out the components of an "active non-alignment" strategy for Chile and other countries holding out for taking sides between the two powers, key to assessing how the Beijing-Washington relationship ends 2025.
