We thank Icesi University for the invitation to participate in a dialogue on some of Chile's trade policy priorities in the Asia-Pacific/Indo-Pacific region and the role of the Chile Pacific Foundation in fostering public-private partnerships that strengthen and expand our country's economic reach.
Luis Alberto Pino, Head of Programs and Content at the Foundation, elaborated on the strategic considerations shaping Chile's trade liberalization efforts in the Pacific Basin, as well as on the nature and functions of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) forum and the APEC Business Advisory Council (ABAC).
